I've always admired Warhol's ability to not simply depict an image for what it was on the surface, but to modify it through color, exploring a vast array of visual possibilities in his prints. I thought about that when I recently made these prints for the Art House Print Exchange 2, whose theme was "danger". Taking my first print a step further (above) , I modified it digitally in Picnik, for Illustration Friday. Below are some more from an edition of 22 lino-cut prints altogether.
